Titus 2:11-14 NIV  The Redemptive Love

“For the grace of God has appeared that offers salvation to all people. It teaches us to say “No” to ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright and godly lives in this present age, while we wait for the blessed hope—the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ, who gave himself for us to redeem us from all wickedness and to purify for himself a people that are his very own, eager to do what is good.”

God’s word is so powerful that people can have extraordinary lifestyle. “For the grace of God has appeared that offers salvation to all people.“ Those who have received the Salvation do live godly life in the present age. They also have the living hope, knowing that Jesus Christ will return and appear in his glory. Although we are sinners, through the blood of Jesus Christ who died on the cross for remission of our sins, we have been purified. We are saved, we are citizens in God’s kingdom, children of God. We have the power to live a victorious life.

The resurrected Christ has defeated the death. He is risen. This is the main focus of Easter. We accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, we are free from sins. We are sinners who are saved by the grace of God. With the teaching from the word of God, the leading and protection by the Holy Spirit, we can live with Christ-centered Godly life. We can enjoy the abundant life. Also, we live with joy and excitement, we long for the return of Christ, we will enjoy the forever glory with the Lord. We praise and thanks God for the saving grace, it is a great blessing.
