Psalms 94:18-19 NIV
“When I said, “My foot is slipping,” your unfailing love, Lord, supported me. When anxiety was great within me, your consolation brought me joy.”
Psalm 94 praises that God is righteous, God is faithful, God is caring. When the psalmist was under attack, being persecuted, feeling lonely and at the verge of giving up. He remembered the works of God. God’s loving hand had supported him that his foot did not slip. When there was unrest in his mind, being anxious and with stress, situations were beyond him, God comforted him, he could stay put and be joyful,
In these 2 years, it is a great test on our patience and our trust in God. There were times we have tried to revert the situations using our own effort, but was unsuccessful. We cried out to God and prayed to Him, we did not get the immediate response, we did not understand. However, we praise God for His love is everlasting and unchangeable. Hence, we can be rest assured, trust and obey God fully. He supports us, He is our ever-present help in trouble. He enables us to stand straight. God understands our days, He knows our ability. He consoles us that we do not be anxious and stress-out, He will take care of things for us. Let’s us live our days with thanksgiving, God cares for us.
