1 Thessalonians 5:14-15 NIV
“And we urge you, brothers and sisters, warn those who are idle and disruptive, encourage the disheartened, help the weak, be patient with everyone. Make sure that nobody pays back wrong for wrong, but always strive to do what is good for each other and for everyone else.”

Respectful and be considerate are important for building good interpersonal relationship. To forgive and to watch-out for one another are frequent reminder in the Bible.

In the Book of 1 Thessalonians 1:2-10, apostle Paul wrote a letter to the believers of the church there. He praised them on their faith, their joy in the midst of severe suffering, they shared the gospel everywhere they went. They became good model to all believers there. Paul cared for their continual spiritual growth. He encouraged them to watch-out and help-out for one another. Those who are idle and disruptive should be warned that they would repent and return. It’s important to restore them with love, strive to do what is good.

In this day and age, it is even more important to support one another, to safe guard one another. We need to willingly listen to reminder or warning, patience with each other. building up together in Christ. So that when people see the unity and harmony among us, they will know that God is real and true. Let’s press on together!
