North Edmonton Alliance Church
Small Groups & Fellowship Gathering
During the COVID-19 Relaunch Phase I
To: Small Group & Fellowship Leaders and All NEAC Members
From: NEAC 2020 Board of Elders
Date: June 7, 2020
North Edmonton Alliance Church and as part of the body of Christ, we are all responsible for minimizing the risk of infectious disease transmission among our members, volunteers, staff and any public visitors who enter our facility to participate in any function, especially during an outbreak like the COVID-19 that has engulfed the whole world that God created for all of us.
Our provincial public health authority has recently launched Phase I of the reopening of our province. Therefore, as of Wednesday, June 17, 2020, North Edmonton Alliance Church could start accommodating small group meetings at our church site. To mitigate the risk of possible second wave of the Covid-19 pandemic and protect the NEAC community, please adhere to the following procedure when you and your group plan to meet at church.
If your group would like to hold a meeting in the next few months, then the Group Leader or Coordinator will need to participate in one of the orientation or training sessions (no more than an hour) before making a booking with one of the church’s staff. There are two (2) sessions schedule – Friday, 7pm, June 12 and Sunday, 1pm, June 14. In each session, we will review the following:
- NEAC Re-Open Procedures (Phase I)
- COVID-19 Relaunch Phase I NEAC Occupancy Evaluation
- Attendance Log
- Check List for In-Church Small Gatherings
